This is our half of an entire prime beef brisket offering. You'll receive a healthy mix of lean and fatty, no customizing at this time, sorry :/. We slow smoke everything over kiawe hardwood logs for at minimum 14 hours until supremely tender. Comes with Texas red barbecue sauce and hearty "thank you".
